How old must the driver be?
According to insurance conditions, you must be at least 20 years old to rent a car. Anyone aged 20 or over with a driver’s license can rent a car from Çetin Rent a Car.
How many years should the driver’s license last?
Anyone with a driver’s license can get rental services for economical and middle class vehicles. For luxury and upper segment vehicles, the driver’s license age must be at least 2 years.
Can the additional driver drive the car?
More than one person can use the car you rented. However, the second or additional drivers must be notified before the rental and must be added to the car rental contract. In this way, in case of a possible situation, the additional drivers will be included in the insurance coverage.
What is the minimum car rental period?
The minimum car rental period is 1 day. For rentals under 1 day, it is calculated as 1 day.
Is there a HGS/OGS Pass fee for cars?
All our vehicles have OGS / HGS. Your HGS/OGS Passes are calculated during the rental period, and all your HGS/OGS Passes + 5TL Service fee are collected when you deliver the vehicle.
What is the presentation of the vehicle as similar to the brand and model?
As Çetin Rent a car, we always want to offer the vehicle our customers want, but sometimes the rented vehicle is extended, delivered late, or if the same model is not available, our customer rents another vehicle in the same segment in order not to keep him waiting or suffer.
